吃嘛都没意思,不解馋


我现在都不知道自己嘴里想吃些什么,吃老美的这些东西,总觉得不过瘾。我其实还是想吃些味道很重的醋辣味的东西,就像火锅、麻辣烫、釀皮、擀面皮之类。远离家乡的感觉真不好受。

怀旧:《恐龙特急克塞号》里的阿尔塔夏姐姐


昨天忽然想起小时候看的《恐龙特急克塞号》。搜索了一下,有很大的收获。这其中最大的收获是:终于发现有好多人也和我一样把阿尔塔夏姐姐当作小时候的梦中情人!


经查,阿尔塔夏姐姐叫村野奈奈美,50年代生人,在我看到她的片子时,她已经都快40岁了。她自21岁进入演艺界,1990年因车祸被迫退出,由于腿的原因后来没有再拍过电视剧和电影,只在其他节目里面出来过,目前没有任何消息。


下面来欣赏一下我等80年代生人的YY对象--阿尔塔夏姐姐的照片。

第47集,被萨塔尔从山上一脚踹下来,特兹打开棺材后的情景。(另:萨塔尔也是很火辣,在70年代末就穿靴子,黑色网袜,还有紧身衣。打到最后就直接穿着内裤出来了,不知导演这么设计是什么意思。是不是说:看,妖怪都很漂亮?)

既然说了阿尔塔夏,就要说说第47集里的萨塔尔。

片子一开始,萨塔尔出来是这个样子的,男女同体的超人。

男体被克塞杀了,只剩女体了。也许体力下降也导致智力下降,怎么就跑到山顶上去踢阿尔塔夏呢?有点像气急败坏的样子。

被克塞一剑捅死了,看清楚,是萨塔尔自己的剑捅死了自己,不是克塞的剑。

克塞在观察萨塔尔。这就是前面说到的网袜,注意,是70年代末的网袜。

以上是我在新浪博客上写的内容。我一直在想,小时候对日本女人的概念应该就是从这部片子里得来的吧。具体来说,我是真忘了以前有没有在梦里见到她,反正对村野姐姐的印象好得不得好。我也曾让日本人帮我去找村野姐姐的相关信息,但是,这片子实在太老了,30岁以下的日本人都没听过这回事,所以,一直也没找到她的最新信息。

The one who writes


I was discussing writing diary/blog with Lin just now.


The idea I thought of was, writing diary/blog or not is the issue of personal characteristic or lifestyle. Different people have different ways of living the life. Some are word or letter-addicted, and they like to write something down whenever they want. The feeling of writing is really good. Some others are entertain-only type of people, and they just spend their lifetime without recording and analyzing the feeling. There are no standards for these types of lifestyles or characteristics, this is just the personal issue. Personally, I am the word-guy. I choose to write something down when I have time. Sometimes, I feel like to write something down badly, and I cannot keep that feeling to illustrate my opinion.


I wrote a blog before, which illustrates this point. Although I do not write frquently recently, I still cannot forget that kind of feeling. The streaming feeling while pouring letters on the paper line by line is so wonderful that I cannot stop enjoying it unless I am done with it.

配料:

    〖主料〗:大白菜500克,水发海参、金菇、香菇、猪里脊肉各200克

    〖辅料〗:葱10克,姜20克

    〖调料/腌料〗:盐5克,酒5克,味精2克,高汤400克

操    作:

    1.在半锅水中加上葱、姜、酒并投入海参煮一下去腥,取出后冲凉切成大片,另用半锅水加盐,将金菇汆烫后捞出待用;

    2.里脊肉切片,并用盐、水、太白粉拌腌约10分钟后,汆烫捞出,香菇则泡软去蒂待用;

    3.大白菜先烫软再切成段排成十字型,把海参、金菇、里脊肉、香菇各放于盘中四个角落,最后倒入盐、味精、高汤,放进蒸锅蒸约10分钟即可。

蟹肉鱼肚羹其实很简单,很适合在家里做,关键是要煲好的高汤,高汤的做法很简单,去chinatown买几个鸡骨,一般是一块钱四个,买回家以后把鸡骨上所有的肥肉都去掉,然后放到锅里煮,什么东西都不放,只放水,水要多放一些,大火开锅以后把脏东西撇掉,然后转小火煮,直到汤变成白色为止,一般要煮一个小时以上。
第二步就是买鱼肚,一般买的都是干鱼肚,买回来泡水,等鱼肚发起来然后剁碎,如果有绞肉机最好。
第三步就是做汤了,把鸡汤煮开,然后放鱼肚,蟹肉丝,等锅很开的时候把蛋青慢慢倒入锅里,然后朝一个方向快速搅,这样的目的是让蛋青拉丝。
第四步是放味道,盐糖味精,比例大概是:2:1:1,方少许胡椒粉,料酒,然后用生粉水把汤收浓就好了

材料:干鱼肚1-2件(巴掌长的)、蟹肉棒6-8条、鲜冬菇3-5只、韭黄1小把、鲜笋(或罐头笋)1个、鸡蛋1个
(这里用鲜冬菇而非干冬菇,理由是鲜冬菇软、鲜,味道没有干冬菇浓郁,不会抢味,要知道,干冬菇美味但是味道霸道,如果用干冬菇,整个羹都是冬菇味道,其他材料味道就被压倒了!)
做法:

(1)把干鱼肚放在干净的微波炉转用碟(瓷的、塑料的都行)中,放入微波炉,用高火加热1分钟——通过微波炉的透明门,你甚至可以看见干瘪的鱼肚慢慢的膨胀、伸展开,发起、变大、变松,颜色由黄变得比较白!
(2)把发好的鱼肚取出,剪开,轻轻抖动,抖去沾在鱼肚上的大部分沙子,然后用冷水浸泡,浸泡过程中轻轻在水中抖动被泡软的鱼肚,把剩下的细沙扬出来,然后把鱼肚取出沥干水分
(3)然后就可以用这个发泡好的鱼肚做汤、做羹、做菜啦
过,鉴于不同品牌的微波炉功率设置略有不同(比如,我个人认为,同样是高热程度,WHRILPOOL的微波炉功率比GE的大!),朋友们在自己家尝试用微波炉发泡鱼肚时可以先设40秒,观察发泡效果,如果认为发泡不充分再继续加热。毕竟鱼肚也算名贵干货,发坏了就可惜了!^_^
2,辅助材料的准备:韭黄摘洗干净,切2.5-3CM长的段;蟹肉棒撕成丝;鲜冬菇洗净切丝;笋洗净切丝然后放滴了几滴白醋的沸水中略抄一下,捞出冲洗然后沥干;鸡蛋分开蛋黄、蛋清分别磕在不同碗中 < r o l i a. n e t >
3,鱼肚发好后切丝;
4,开始烧汤:锅中下清鸡汤(没有的话就下水算了),加入姜丝少许、鱼肚丝,煮沸,然后转小火煮20分钟至鱼肚绵软,下蟹肉棒丝、笋丝、鲜冬菇丝煮6分钟,下水淀粉打芡,再沸后,下韭黄,搅拌均匀,关火,然后慢慢把蛋清倒入沸腾的汤中,边倒边搅拌,然后再下打发好的蛋黄,也是边倒边搅拌,这样这个羹基本上就大功告成了
5,调味:下盐适量、胡椒粉少许即可 { 枫下论坛 rolia.net/forum }
顺便也介绍一下传统的“油爆”和“砂爆”发泡法:
油爆:锅中放大量油,小火温4成热,放下干鱼肚,慢慢的炸鱼肚,可以看到鱼肚在热油中慢慢膨胀变大,然后看充分膨胀后马上取出,泡入冷水中,洗去细沙——缺点:耗油,有油烟而且时间不短哦!
砂爆:去绿豆大小的粗砂,洗净,然后放干的大锅中慢慢炒热,把干鱼肚放下锅中,跟粗砂一起炒,中火保持砂的温度,炒至鱼肚膨胀发大,颜色变白,然后取出,抖去部分细沙,浸泡水中洗净——缺点:时候长阿!先炒砂后炒鱼肚,而且炒砂很伤锅,火候比较难掌握!

请人帮忙查村野奈奈美的信息了


我找了很长时间了,一直没有她的最新消息。我们这一代人受这部片子的影响很大的,如果能有村野的最新消息,那最好了。想想看,她现在也应该50多岁了吧。其实她是挺漂亮的一个演员,可能是运气不好,没接到合适的片子才导致她没走红,要不然的话,她的知名度一定不比同期的其他影星差。前一段时间就让一个日本人帮我查,无果。最近又让人帮我去找,但愿能找得到。


如果能和村野奈奈美说话,我一定会告诉她:


你很漂亮。你的影片影响了中国的80年代生人。我们看到你的片子时,我们11、2岁,你30多岁,那是你拍完这部片子后10多年的事了。现在,我们20多岁,你快50岁了。但是,你的形象永远在我们的心中。你是中国改革开放后第一批青少年的心中偶像!

Luxus cars and their parent companies


I realized the luxury cars and their parent companies after searching it today.


Lexus is the luxury brand of Toyota, Acura is the luxury brand of Honda, and Infiniti is the luxury brand of Nissan. These companies are three major Japanese car manufacturers in the world, and their cars are most popular in America.


The interesting thing is, Infiniti is an Americanized name, and I alwas think it is an American brand.

I saw the idiom "as of" for many times. In most of the chances, I saw it from the accounting textbook. English is still the fundamental tool for me in America


I talked with my professor this afternoon. And I realized that English is still the fundamental tool for me in America. It is used in every respect and your ability is illustrated through it in every respect.


Long story short, vocabulary is the most important issue for me according to my twelve-year English learning process. Memorize using softwares, and that is it.
