在Google Desktop官方网站下的GDS文件版本号为Google Desktop 5.7.0806.10245-en-pb。但是Google Updater会提示有新的Google Desktop版本可用，新版本安装后显示为Google Desktop 5.8.811.4345。但是，这个最新版本无法在右键菜单中执行相应的命令。比如，右键菜单可以正常弹出，选择Options，可以点击，但是点了完全没有反应。只有Sidebar, Deskbar, Floating Deskbar这几个选项可以正常切换，退出也可以正常使用。
上次就有过这样的情况，卸载没用。全新安装又要设置一大堆。最后还是用系统还原恢复了GDS的正常使用。
稿纸方式非常适用于中文写作。
WPS中直接使用稿纸模式就能轻松设定。
OpenOffice Writer中的设定有点复杂。选择Tools --> Options --> OpenOffice.org Writer --> General --> Settings，然后勾选Use squre page mode for text grid。这就启用了方格模式，要不然稍后设置出来全是大方块，行与行之间没有那种间隔。
下一步，选择Format --> Page --> Text Grid --> Grid，点选Grid (lines and characters)。基本设置成功。
这下WPS和OpenOffice.org Writer都能用稿纸模式了。

Don't you like writing? No. WRITING takes a lot of time, and the results are horrible most of the time. However, I was glad that my professor introduced me the SHITTY FIRST DRAFT. Therefore, it makes me feel comfortable and easy to make shits on paper (not physical crap such as this, I was talking about spiritual crap).
Thanks to the computer and searching technologies, I can save my ideas on computer at anytime for unlimited length. Now, I save it in Evernote and Zoundry Raven.
To make the writing easier and reduce the pains to writers, make the word processor window small, and enlarge the font size. This will fill up the word processor window quickly, and you will feel comfortable and confident in writing more. I did this in my Zoundry Raven, but not in my OpenOffice Writer and WPS (English name: Kingsoft Writer). However, I use double space for English writings and Text Grid for Chinese writings, and both ways make the screen much easier to be filled quickly. Also, I have to invest more energy in the words I entered since the number of words is limited in these modes.
In a word, this makes making the shitty draft easier.

以前好像也出现过这种情况，也顺利解决了。
当时的办法有三个。一是重启，然后被锁定的文件就可以顺利删除了。如果在重启后仍然无法删除，用Nero之类的软件打开文件夹然后就可以删除了。这里面的原理我倒是没想明白。也许是Nero对文件夹及文件系统的查看方式更物理一些吧。第三是用强制删除工具，这类东西很多，就不一一列举了。
今天我在看了几篇相关文章后，突然想到用cmd。打开进去后，用dir查到了相关文件夹（这时候DOS命令就用上了。当然了，一看到黑屏白字就感觉又回到1995年，当时我是正式开始学电脑和五笔了，虽说以前也接触过电脑......扯远了）。用del命令删除Downloads文件夹，在系统提示Are you sure之后，按y，回车执行。一切顺利。搞定。
今天在虚拟机下安装Opera，但是突然出现了Error 1606 Could not access network location %USERPROFILE%\Favorites。搜索后发现情况不适用。
经观察，发现注册表中HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders的类型为REG_SZ，而不是其他项中的REG_EXPAND_SZ。新建一项，数据内容改为%USERPROFILE%\Favorites。保存，把原Favorites删除，再把刚才建立的新项更名为Favorites。
这下再安装，一次搞定。留此文，助他人。
